TERMS & CONDITIONS (POLICY STATEMENT)
- Monetary value of full payment must be received at least 3 (three) days to the event.
- Any cancellation of contract after payment by the client will attract a 10% penalty charge if the contract sum.
- Set-up of the pool at any venue on the eve of the event will be done only where adequate security us guaranteed by the client. This is to enable adequate chlorination of the pool water. However, where the security is not guaranteed, the pool will be set-up on the day of the event but with very minimal chlorine.
- For a full day event, our shut down time is 6:00PM.
- Out of Lagos contracts will attract further logistics charges.
- Client has to provide electricity as required.
- We reserve the right to change the prices of our games without notice We do not accept requests from clients to inspect our games at our office prior to an event.
- Minimum order is N25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand Naira Only).
